Manage procurement of refractory raw materials and consumables, from sourcing and vendor management to purchase orders, logistics coordination, cost optimization, compliance (REACH/MSDS), inventory control, and procurement reporting. Work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores to ensure timely supply and supplier performance.

Provide technical expertise and field support for refractory products across heavy industries. Conduct technical sales briefings, site visits, installations, troubleshoot applications, support tenders, collaborate with R&D/QC and commercial teams, monitor product KPIs, and deliver training.

Support commercial activities for refractory products by providing technical product information, assisting sales and customer service, tracking segment performance, preparing reports, collaborating with R&D and engineering on product development and lining layouts, and participating in trainings and sales calls. Role requires project coordination and up to ~35% domestic travel.

Lead R&D for monolithic refractory and specialty products: develop new offerings, support existing products, maintain materials roadmaps and specifications, drive internal/external research, collaborate cross‑functionally, and manage technical staff with safety focus.

Design and specify refractory systems for steel-industry furnaces, select materials, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, optimize cost and heat-loss, support customer technical discussions, troubleshooting, and represent the company in technical meetings and audits.
