Perform inbound supply-chain warehouse tasks: safely unload and store raw/packing materials, manage stock counts and documentation, coordinate with departments and contractors, maintain 5S and EHS compliance, participate in continuous improvement (KAIZEN).

Lead and manage the global month-end close process: maintain the month-end calendar, ensure accurate trial balance/P&L and balance sheet positions, coordinate SSC/BPO/regional teams, remediate control issues, drive standardization and automation, support audit/compliance, and report closing KPIs to management.

Design refractory brick linings for iron and steel vessels (ladles, EAF, BOF, degassers); produce and validate technical drawings; perform quantity, heat transfer and thermal expansion calculations; prepare commercial offers; manage projects end-to-end; coordinate with sales, operations and site teams; and conduct occasional site visits to verify installations.

Lead electrical controls engineering for multiple manufacturing facilities: maintain and update control systems, manage electrical maintenance, execute process and capital projects, mentor staff, apply Lean/Six Sigma to improve uptime, safety, quality and OEE, and produce documentation and reports.

Support controllership for a cluster of entities: review monthly P&L and balance sheet reporting, manage month-end close and reconciliations, liaise with shared services and auditors, finalize statutory accounts and tax returns, and ensure indirect tax compliance and timely resolution of aged items.

Serve as the technical lead for refractory products in the glass segment: support product selection, installation, trials, troubleshooting, performance analysis, liaise with OEMs, drive product improvements, support bids, and train customers and internal teams.

Manage head-office financial operations including preparation and analysis of financial statements, MIS and management reports, variance analysis, audit coordination and closure, tax and compliance, cash flow and working capital monitoring, accounts payable/receivable and general ledger oversight, and driving process improvements and automation to support business planning.

Manage outbound warehouse operations: enforce EHS and QC, load products per slips and QC clearance, perform stocktakes and documentation, coordinate departments, allocate manpower, operate/oversee forklifts/crane handling, maintain housekeeping, 5S and participate in Kaizen improvements.
