Develop, support, modernize, and integrate legacy and new applications across the full software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, system design, front-end and back-end development, database design, testing, implementation, maintenance, documentation, user manuals, system integration, and DevOps contributions. The role collaborates with technical teams and business stakeholders on institution-wide IT projects and resolves complex system issues.

Lead and support a small accounting team to manage financial planning, accounting, budgeting, capital project monitoring, reporting, and finance transformation projects. Serve as a business partner for faculties/offices, enforce budgetary controls, assist senior management with committee materials, and drive process improvement and automation for month-end, annual close, and fixed asset management.

Lead finance transformation and Oracle ERP adoption; manage FP&A, financial accounting, capital project monitoring, budgeting, and reporting. Improve financial processes, automate reporting, develop reporting frameworks, and collaborate with departments to provide financial advice and support decision-making.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Office of IT: manage scheduling, correspondence, meetings and minutes, assist procurement and IT asset inventory, maintain financial and inventory records, and support day-to-day office operations.

Lead and execute phased IT system modernisation and cloud migration for mobile, web, and IAM systems. Drive strategy, architecture guidance, vendor management, project governance, cross-team collaboration, performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement to improve user experience.

Support accounts and purchasing functions including income collection, procurement, payments, and system projects. Implement system enhancements and perform user acceptance testing. Assist budgeting and management reporting, liaise with user divisions, review procedures to ensure compliance with financial rules, and perform ad hoc duties.

Lead development and delivery of entrepreneurship programmes, manage funding schemes and grant applications, engage investors and industry partners, coordinate pitching and showcases, support faculty and students in commercialisation, and assist the Director in planning and running entrepreneurship projects.

Manage HR functions for the School: recruitment, benefits, performance assessment, staff training, reporting, supervise HR staff, support HCMS rollout, and assist policy, system development, and committee work.

Lead design, development, integration and support of AI-enabled applications and automation across the university. Participate in full lifecycle development, integrate AI platforms and APIs, support web/mobile apps, prepare technical documentation, evaluate emerging AI/cloud technologies, collaborate with IT teams and troubleshoot system issues.

Provide high-level executive and secretarial support to the Director of CIE; manage Director's Office daily operations including schedules, correspondence, meetings, travel, files and databases; coordinate college meetings, events and multi-stakeholder projects; prepare presentations, reports and documents; anticipate and address Directors priorities; perform other assigned administrative duties.
