Lead and support a small accounting team to manage financial planning, accounting, budgeting, capital project monitoring, reporting, and finance transformation projects. Serve as a business partner for faculties/offices, enforce budgetary controls, assist senior management with committee materials, and drive process improvement and automation for month-end, annual close, and fixed asset management.

Manage deliverables from inception to completion, liaise with stakeholders, identify design deficiencies, support installation, supervise commissioning and testing, contribute to energy conservation projects, and prepare technical reports and budgets.

Manage daily accounting transactions, budgeting, purchasing, payables and inventory; liaise with University Finance Office; prepare reports, conduct financial analyses and feasibility studies; oversee library-related finances and supervise staff.

Lead finance special projects and business partnering to drive digital transformation, ERP redesign, system implementation, process improvement, financial planning and analysis, risk mitigation, and provide strategic financial advice and modeling for decision making.

Support operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of audio-video equipment; assist setup and logistics for teaching and practical training; maintain online platforms to showcase student work; track inventory and perform preventive/corrective maintenance; provide technical support for student creative productions and events.

Provide operational and administrative support for academic and teaching-related matters: clerical and secretarial tasks, on-site logistics for student development and outreach activities, coordinate programme activities including animal laboratory and internship work, and support college functions.
