Manages The Women’s Board’s finances, donor database, public relations, fundraising campaigns, events, volunteers, and hospital partnerships. Oversees budgets, financial reporting, donor stewardship, communications, event logistics, sponsorships, volunteer training, and coordination with Wolfson Children’s Hospital and the Baptist Foundation. Supports strategic planning and helps advance the organization’s mission of raising funds and awareness for the hospital.

Lead the strategy, design, implementation, administration, communication, and compliance of system-wide compensation programs. Partner with executives, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver competitive, cost-effective total rewards programs. Develop policies and procedures, support regulatory compliance, and mentor and manage a high-performing compensation team.

Provides executive-level administrative and operational support to the CHRO and COO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, presentations, travel logistics, confidential information handling, strategic project support, dashboard preparation, follow-up tracking, and cross-functional communication. The role requires independent judgment, discretion, strong organization, executive presence, and experience supporting C-suite leaders in a complex healthcare environment.
