Lead and manage desktop support and help desk teams across hospital campuses and partner sites. Oversee incident resolution, vendor coordination, SOPs, metrics reporting, inventory and asset management, training, on-call rotations, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and IT standards while driving service improvements and automation.

Manage and process accounts payable transactions including invoice verification, expense report processing, vendor record maintenance, reconciliations, payment preparation, issue resolution, audit support, and ensuring compliance with policies and deadlines.

Support financial operations across a multi-entity health system: prepare and review financial statements, manage month-end close, maintain general ledger, oversee budgeting, audits, compliance, Medicare cost reporting, supervise accounting staff, implement internal controls, drive process improvements, and provide financial analysis to operational leaders.

Process biweekly and monthly payroll using ADP Workforce Now; audit timecards, pay rates, differentials, overtime, PTO, and adjustments. Prepare payroll journal entries, assist reconciliations and month-end reporting. Handle assigned accounts payable tasks including invoice coding, check runs, electronic payments, and vendor/employee inquiries. Collaborate with HR and accounting to resolve payroll issues and maintain confidential payroll and AP records.

Serve as primary client relationship owner for hosted Epic services, managing onboarding, service delivery, revenue cycle performance, SLAs, optimization, and cross-functional coordination to drive client satisfaction and financial outcomes.
