Configures and maintains Epic security templates, user roles, access classifications, and provisioning processes. Troubleshoots access issues, supports upgrades and implementations, performs security testing, and maintains audit-ready documentation. Collaborates with application, HR, compliance, IT, and operational teams to ensure appropriate access, regulatory compliance, and secure workflows. Provides go-live and ongoing support for Epic security functionality.

Provides Tier I technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, desktops, printers, connectivity, email, and Microsoft Office. Images and deploys workstations, manages domain connections, documents tickets, and escalates unresolved issues. Supports Active Directory, Group Policy, virtual desktops, Citrix, wireless clients, and print queues. Coordinates with vendors and internal systems and network teams while maintaining IT standards and HIPAA compliance. This PRN night role works Friday and Saturday nights and may participate in on-call rotations.

Support financial operations across a multi-entity health system: prepare and review financial statements, manage month-end close, maintain general ledger, oversee budgeting, audits, compliance, Medicare cost reporting, supervise accounting staff, implement internal controls, drive process improvements, and provide financial analysis to operational leaders.

Administer and support day-to-day employee benefits for regional hospitals: handle enrollments and changes, respond to benefit inquiries, coordinate with carriers and third-party administrators, process billing and records, ensure compliance, support communications, and escalate complex issues.

Serve as primary client relationship owner for hosted Epic services, managing onboarding, service delivery, revenue cycle performance, SLAs, optimization, and cross-functional coordination to drive client satisfaction and financial outcomes.
