Provides strategic leadership for the agency’s financial management office, overseeing budgeting, grants administration, accounting, accounts payable and receivable, reporting, internal controls, audits, and fiscal compliance. Advises executives on complex financial matters, manages finance staff, ensures accurate and timely reporting, maintains compliance with GAAP and state and federal requirements, safeguards assets, and continuously improves financial policies, systems, and processes.

Directs the agency’s information services function, including IT strategic planning, application development and maintenance, infrastructure, databases, integrations, analytics, GIS, asset management, security coordination, procurement, and portfolio management. Leads technical teams, aligns technology resources with agency goals, oversees operational support and performance measures, manages risk and priorities, and ensures compliance with Commonwealth and agency requirements.
