Evaluates the Garrett Lee Smith Program by coordinating data collection, analysis, evaluation tools, and reporting. The role supports SAMHSA grant compliance, develops evaluation reports, gathers stakeholder feedback through surveys and interviews, identifies disparities, and translates findings into program improvements. It collaborates with program teams, leadership, community partners, and SAMHSA while protecting confidential information under HIPAA requirements. The position is remote for Missouri residents and includes occasional in-state travel plus minimal conference travel.

Provide administrative support to department leadership by managing communications, coordinating meetings and logistics, preparing documents and reports, maintaining spreadsheets and dashboards, supporting community engagement, and identifying process improvements. Travel within Missouri required to support leadership meetings.
