Lead sponsorship sales for Save Mart Center by developing and executing sales plans, cultivating new and existing sponsor relationships, negotiating multi-year deals, managing revenue pipelines and reporting, and representing the organization at events. Drive annual recurring revenue, pricing strategy, and client satisfaction while occasionally working nights, weekends, and travel as required.

As an Office Supervisor, you will assist front-of-house and events teams with guest inquiries, reservations, and office operations, ensuring seamless experiences.

Provide day-to-day accounting support including general ledger and trial balance maintenance, bank reconciliations, invoicing, revenue recognition, A/R and A/P tasks, monthly financial reporting and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and ad hoc projects while supporting the Senior Finance Manager and finance team.

Manage and execute marketing campaigns for the venue and events, including social media, advertising, promotions, and email newsletters. Develop marketing materials, maintain media and community relationships, coordinate promotions with promoters and staff, supervise marketing team activities, and track local and national industry trends to maximize ticket sales and attendance.

Lead venue-focused, revenue-driven marketing across digital, social, paid media, PR, and creative. Manage touring event marketing, CRM-targeted campaigns, budgeted paid media, partner integration, and a small marketing team to drive ticket sales and ancillary revenue.

Support setup, operation, and teardown of staging, lighting, sound, and production equipment. Load/unload gear, follow crew instructions, maintain a safe backstage environment, inspect and report equipment issues, and assist performers and production staff during live events.

Manage end-to-end ticketing operations for a venue including event builds, inventory and dynamic pricing, box office/event-day support, financial reconciliation and reporting, staff hiring/training/scheduling, promoter and ticketing-platform liaison, and cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth event execution and excellent guest service.

Provide level 1–2 IT and POS support for stadium events: setup, troubleshoot hardware/software/networking, coordinate vendors, perform system walk-throughs, replace defective hardware, track RMAs, and support event operations including late nights and weekends.

Execute integrated marketing campaigns and manage digital presence across social media, email, and website. Create and schedule content, track performance, support paid advertising, cover live events with photo/video, manage sponsor relationships and deliverables, maintain subscriber and sponsor databases, and coordinate with ticketing, operations, and external partners to ensure timely marketing launches and fulfillment.

Support, maintain, and repair complex broadcast, video production, and transmission systems for live events. Perform video post-production, audio mixing, equipment testing/integration, remote/satellite truck coordination, and maintain engineering logs. Provide technical guidance, network and storage administration, and assist with system design, budgeting, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
