Lead fundraising campaigns for events like Walk MS and Hike MS. Responsible for revenue growth, donor engagement, and coordinating activities without managing staff directly.

Lead strategy and execution of non-digital direct response fundraising (direct mail, radio, DRTV, print), manage multi-million-dollar budgets, oversee vendors and production, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze campaign performance using data, and lead and coach a virtual Response Marketing team to drive donor acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Lead planning and execution of high-impact fundraising events (galas, luncheons, cocktail parties). Own revenue performance, recruit and manage event chairs and committees, cultivate donors and sponsors, leverage CRM data for stewardship and reporting, collaborate with regional leadership, and ensure excellent donor and volunteer experiences across assigned markets.

Provide onsite event staffing, vendor and volunteer coordination, create event materials and SOPs, collaborate with regional development teams, manage logistics, inventory, and donor stewardship to ensure seamless participant experiences.

Lead local execution of Bike MS and Challenge Walk MS endurance fundraising campaigns to meet revenue goals through donor cultivation, team and participant activation, sponsor engagement, CRM-driven performance tracking, and cross-team coordination. Serve as market lead, customize national strategies for local context, and report pacing and risks to regional leadership.

Coordinate Bike MS and Finish MS endurance event logistics to drive revenue and donor engagement. Recruit, onboard, and manage volunteers and vendors; track inventory; provide onsite event support; develop event materials and SOPs; collaborate cross-functionally and steward donors. Role requires frequent regional travel and market-based in-person attendance.
