Manages teams, designs learner-support processes, identifies delivery risks, develops scalable infrastructure, guides experimentation, and builds strong external partnerships. The role requires strategic ownership, cross-functional influence, operational judgment, AI fluency, and people leadership to launch new initiatives and improve retention, engagement, completion, satisfaction, and program outcomes.

Own enterprise customer relationships from program launch through renewal. Lead onboarding, implementation, cohort launches, account cadences, business reviews, issue resolution, program health monitoring, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
