Provide day-to-day HR administration and first-line support to managers and employees. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, DBS and right-to-work checks; maintain employee records; produce HR reports and monitor KPIs; support payroll, HR systems administration, investigations, and employee engagement. Work collaboratively across the organisation to deliver a professional, confidential, and customer-focused HR service.
