Directs the school athletics program, including game and practice scheduling, coach hiring and compliance, CIF administration, facility coordination, equipment management, athletic eligibility, league coordination, and PE oversight. Organizes summer sports camps, manages volunteers and registration processes, coordinates referees and officials, supports sporting events, and collaborates with school staff, families, city departments, and other athletic directors. The role also performs occasional coaching, event operations, facility preparation, and administrative reporting.
