The Weatherization Auditor conducts home energy audits, inspects projects, manages contractor relations, and educates clients on energy-saving measures while ensuring compliance with project standards.

Serve on senior leadership to lead legislative strategy and coalition engagement, represent the organization to policymakers in Salem and Washington, advocate for low-income families, manage relationships with elected officials, travel frequently for legislative sessions, and support organizational policy and funding priorities.
