Lead general accounting tasks including journal entries, bank and fund reconciliations, ledger analysis, donor and campaign accounting, audit support, month-end close, and coordination of deposit/loan and insurance funds across diocesan entities.

Part-time (12 hrs/wk) student intern providing administrative and communications support to Catholic Campus Ministry. Duties include managing student/parent contacts, Breeze communications, website updates, social media scheduling (for Social Media Intern), AV and recording assistance (for Tech Intern), front-desk coverage, office maintenance, event materials, photo management, and supporting CCM staff projects while maintaining confidentiality and Catholic mission alignment.

The Staff Accountant handles accounts payable, processes cash receipts, prepares journal entries, reconciles accounts, and assists with financial reporting while maintaining strong attention to detail.
