Administer and proctor paper-based and computer-based examinations while enforcing testing security, confidentiality, accessibility, and institutional policies. Verify identities, monitor sessions, document irregularities, assist with scheduling and registrations, collect fees, prepare testing rooms and equipment, maintain records and supplies, and support students, faculty, staff, and external candidates. The role also provides customer service, assists with testing software, supports special testing events, and performs opening and closing procedures.

Provides student-focused financial aid counseling and application support; reviews awards, appeals, professional judgments, and over-award resolutions for regulatory and institutional compliance. Communicates federal, state, and university policies, maintains financial aid processing knowledge, supports audits and committees, coordinates with campus offices, and presents financial aid information to students and families. Requires occasional evening and weekend work.

Lead and manage the Office of Clinical Experiences overseeing clinical placements, district partnerships, TEA/TAC compliance, budgets, staff supervision, data and accreditation activities, training for host/cooperating teachers, and coordination of field-based teacher preparation and certification processes.

Lead alumni engagement strategy and programs, manage events and traditions, cultivate volunteer leadership and alumni council, support fundraising collaboration, oversee budgets, metrics, communications, and supervise volunteers and student employees to strengthen lifelong alumni connections.
