Greet and qualify customers, present and demonstrate new and used vehicles, manage test drives and paperwork, present financing and F&I products, follow up using CRM, maintain customer satisfaction, arrange delivery/registration, and engage in prospecting via phone and email. Complete ongoing training and meet monthly sales/unit targets.
