Provides advanced, confidential administrative and operational support to the Director of Athletics and Recreation. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, project coordination, stakeholder communication, confidential records maintenance, departmental liaison work, and support for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, professional development, reporting, and administrative processes.

Manages approximately 1,000 alumni annual-giving prospects, personally soliciting renewals and increased gifts through in-person and virtual meetings. Develops young alumni engagement and future giving pipelines, executes digital communication touchpoints, and stewards donor relationships. Uses donor data, segmentation, and CRM systems to identify giving opportunities, referrals, and alumni involvement while collaborating with Development and Alumni Relations colleagues and supporting alumni activities.

Lead cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives for the Business Office. Develop project roadmaps, metrics, and dashboards; support system implementations and process improvements; prepare executive communications and reports; liaise with senior leadership, trustees, and departments to align priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
