The Director-in-Training will engage in hands-on training for leadership in early childhood education, focusing on hiring, budgeting, marketing, and team management to eventually become a School Director.

Senior multi-site operator accountable for enrollment, operations, financial performance, compliance and people leadership across multiple early childhood education centers. Develop and execute growth strategies, manage budgets/P&Ls, ensure licensing compliance, recruit and develop Center Directors, conduct audits, and make operational decisions to meet performance targets. Regular travel and on-site leadership required.

As Assistant Director, you'll support the Director in fostering a safe, nurturing environment for children, leading staff, promoting unity, and encouraging enrollment growth through innovative programs.

Design, develop, and maintain eLearning, ILT, and blended training using ADDIE/SAM. Collaborate with leadership and SMEs, deploy courses in an LMS, incorporate multimedia and interactivity, ensure accessibility and brand alignment, measure effectiveness with analytics, and manage multiple projects for frontline workers.

Support the Center Director in running daily operations, manage staff schedules and compliance, coach and supervise teachers, handle parent communications, maintain records and reporting, conduct classroom walkthroughs, and provide coverage as needed to ensure safety and program quality.

The School Director leads the school, ensuring safety, health, and well-being while driving enrollment, managing operations, and fostering a positive environment for staff, parents, and children.

The Director-in-Training will undergo a hands-on training program focusing on team management, budgeting, marketing, and curriculum development to potentially become a School Director.

Participate in a 3-month hands-on Director-in-Training program including a one-week onsite boot camp. Learn and perform center leadership tasks: hiring, staff training and supervision, budgeting, marketing, curriculum, compliance, family engagement, facility upkeep, and administrative duties (billing, payroll, records). Assist with day-to-day classroom and center tasks as needed and prepare to transition into a permanent School Director role.
