Lead strategic cyber advisory growth by originating, shaping, and winning complex enterprise opportunities. Build executive relationships, connect cyber risk and regulatory priorities to cybersecurity solutions, and direct cross-functional pursuit teams. Advise clients on governance, identity, cloud, application security, third-party risk, operational resilience, AI governance, incident readiness, and assurance.

Supports IT governance and the GTS Target Operating Model by coordinating meetings, workshops, governance forums, documentation, reporting, action tracking, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Maintains version-controlled records, prepares agendas and governance packs, follows up on overdue actions, supports consistent project processes, and identifies administrative improvements. The role also advises stakeholders on IT best practices and supports globally distributed technology teams.

Own the technical relationship with cybersecurity customers, providing trusted advisory support across Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR environments. Interpret security maturity scores, create 12-month technical roadmaps, deliver QBRs, troubleshoot issues, guide remediation, and drive continuous improvements in detection, tuning, automation, cost optimization, and defensive coverage. Develop technical deliverables such as playbooks, analytics, workbooks, dashboards, and reports while engaging senior stakeholders including CISOs and security leadership.

Monitor global systems for threats, analyze security alerts, investigate incidents, recommend remediation, document procedures, escalate threats, prepare service reports, and mentor junior analysts. The role supports 24/7 XDR services using Microsoft security tools, Splunk, endpoint detection, intrusion detection, and forensic analysis.

Leads FedRAMP authorization and continuous monitoring assessments for cloud service providers, evaluating security controls, architectures, processes, evidence, and risk management against federal requirements. Provides cybersecurity compliance and cloud security advisory services, develops remediation strategies, reviews assessment reports, leads client engagements, supports business development, and mentors assessment teams. The role also contributes to quality assurance, methodology improvements, executive briefings, and growth of government cybersecurity services.
