Leads the global People and Culture function, advises senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and change, and drives organizational development across international operations. The role also advances EDI and decolonization strategy, coordinates the People team, and supports growth, international expansion, and evolving organizational models. Responsibilities include advising on employment matters and negotiating with trade unions and employee representative bodies.

Leads the global People and Culture function, advising senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, change, and organisational development. Provides functional leadership across the People team and supports international growth in a complex, matrixed environment. Also contributes to the organisation’s equity, diversity, inclusion, and decolonisation strategy, while ensuring measurable progress and alignment with organisational values.

Manage financial oversight for a portfolio of programmes: budget preparation, grant financial reporting and compliance, monthly salary allocations and cost recovery journals in Dimensions, reconciliations of actual versus committed spend, provide FP&A analysis and guidance to programme teams, and help improve programme finance systems and templates.

Support programme teams by overseeing financial management of portfolios, producing budgets and grant reports, reconciling project expenditure, posting salary allocation and cost recovery journals into Dimensions, ensuring donor compliance, and improving FP&A systems, procedures and templates.
