The Investment Analyst will review business concepts, assess compliance with SEZ regulations, draft reports, evaluate investor eligibility, and prepare regulatory guidance. Responsibilities include research, project packaging for investors, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring SEZ development progress.

Provide legal research, opinions and briefs; draft, review and negotiate contracts, MOUs, PPP and SEZ agreements; monitor legislation and compliance; support investor grievance resolution, dispute prevention and external counsel engagement; maintain legal records and corporate secretarial support; prepare stakeholder and investor materials and develop legal templates and guidance.
