Join the Credit Solutions Team to advise and act for clients on commercial litigation, debt recovery and insolvency matters. Provide early-stage litigation advice, conduct Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings, handle insolvency actions, and work on non-contentious probate matters including grants for creditors and estate administration. Develop industry-specific expertise while supporting utility suppliers, government bodies, financial and commercial clients.

Manage a caseload of pre-litigation debt recovery matters for corporate clients: record and update cases in Visual Files, place calls via automated dialler, send written correspondence, negotiate payments, handle vulnerable customers and complaints, monitor payments, meet client SLAs, and maintain professional client relationships while following industry regulation.
