Manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients handling renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and client inquiries. Build carrier and client relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, support producers, and maintain compliance with industry trends and regulations.

Independently place coverage across multiple carriers, support contractor, workers compensation, and landlord risks, and collaborate closely with agency leadership in a boutique, in-office environment.

Support daily servicing of commercial insurance accounts: process endorsements, renewals, certificates, client and carrier communications, maintain agency records, track open items, assist with audits and loss control, and learn carrier procedures and agency best practices.
