Manage accounts receivable activities, including auditing new accounts, monitoring delinquent mortgage accounts, processing payments and refunds, and assisting with deed releases. Serve as the primary contact for owner mortgage and HOA inquiries, resolve billing issues, document interactions, maintain compliance, and collaborate on complex accounting matters. The role also supports bankruptcy, resale, reporting, process improvement, and cross-training in other AR functions.
