Lead community engagement and grantmaking focused on neighborhoods near the Foundation. Build relationships, manage a complex grant portfolio, inform funding strategy, support partners, convene stakeholders, and track outcomes to advance long-term impact priorities.

Manage a portfolio of arts and culture grants and initiatives, cultivate relationships with artists and organizations, design and evaluate programs, support partners with capacity building and outcomes tracking, convene stakeholders, prepare briefings, represent the Foundation publicly, and engage donors to advance long-term community impact across Greater Cleveland.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior finance leadership, coordinating executive priorities, committee governance, and financial/investment documentation. Prepare board-ready committee materials, manage logistics, maintain audit-ready records, and support audits, compliance, and investment transactions while handling confidential information and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration.
