Supports school operations across Louisiana by coordinating with finance, purchasing, HR, and school teams. Provides training, orientation, process documentation, communications, and operational coverage for School Operations Administrators. Assists with audits, employee lifecycle processes, reporting, compliance, process improvement, and evaluation of newly hired administrators. Travel to schools within or outside the state may be required.

The role supports systems deployments and upgrades in K-12 education and may involve in-state or out-of-state travel, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Own post-sale onboarding, customer support, and adoption for AI education products serving districts, schools, teachers, and students. Build help desk workflows, documentation, tutorials, and self-service resources; troubleshoot issues before engineering escalation; track support and onboarding metrics; manage customer communications and implementation relationships; and translate user feedback into actionable product insights. The role may also oversee outsourced support partners and develop enablement programs such as office hours and user guidance.

Develops and oversees curriculum plans, maps, assessments, and instructional programs across schools. Coaches Curriculum Resource Teachers, supports school leadership, analyzes data, creates action plans, and designs professional development. Conducts school visits, facilitates trainings and meetings, supports instructional best practices, and collaborates across departments to improve educational outcomes.

Manages school-level human resources, payroll, benefits, finance, procurement, grants, compliance, risk management, IT coordination, inventory, food and transportation services, and facilities support. Maintains employee and financial records, oversees payroll and cash deposits, supports budgeting and grant administration, processes claims, supervises school-based IT staff, and ensures adherence to company policies, licensing requirements, and safety procedures.

Manages school marketing, student enrollment, application pipelines, registration documentation, and retention initiatives. Builds school awareness through digital marketing, community outreach, social media, events, and media relations. Uses CRM, SIS, campaigns, and reporting to convert prospective families, support enrollment targets, coordinate registration milestones, and improve student retention. Partners with school leadership, staff, families, and community organizations while providing training, updates, and enrollment support.

Develops and facilitates training for school leaders, curriculum teams, and state staff. Conducts school support visits, coaches stakeholders, supports instructional resource adoption, researches curriculum maps and assessments, and provides guidance on state standards and assessments. Trains teams on data use, manages academic plans, and contributes to charter applications, renewals, school readiness, and special projects. Requires strong communication, organization, educational technology, and relationship-building skills, with travel throughout Florida.
