Lead and support R&D projects to advance composite manufacturing capabilities: evaluate materials and processes, develop characterization and qualification plans, design tooling/equipment, run tests and models, mentor staff, support customer programs, and manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring safety and certification alignment.

Perform laboratory tests and pilot trials, build and test prototypes, analyze and report data, design custom equipment or test methods, and support small R&D projects while following safety procedures.

Lead a global team to deliver and modernize enterprise applications and analytics (SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft ecosystem). Partner with business leaders to prioritize projects, ensure platform reliability, govern data and security, manage vendors and budgets, and drive adoption of innovative analytics and cloud capabilities.

Lead and develop a project engineering team to deliver aerospace composite programs from development through production. Oversee staffing, resource allocation, technical deliverables, MRB, RCCA, and cross-functional communication. Ensure quality, schedule, cost targets, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and support proposal scoping and technical problem resolution.

Support Emerging Markets & Technologies segment by analyzing P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Prepare monthly forecasts, variance analysis, project estimates, and participate in annual planning. Partner with Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, Contracts, and site leadership to track drivers, perform data analysis, and support ad-hoc projects.

Lead division-wide FP&A: financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, AOP coordination, variance and profitability analysis, cash flow and ROI metrics, and ad-hoc financial projects for leadership presentations.
