Manages employee leave cases from initiation through closure, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, PFML, and organizational policies. Reviews eligibility, leave balances, documentation, and claims; communicates with employees, healthcare providers, managers, carriers, HR, legal teams, and state agencies; maintains Workday and UKG records; responds to inquiries; tracks deadlines; supports return-to-work transitions; and escalates complex or accommodation-related cases.

Provides executive HR leadership for community hospitals, overseeing HR strategy, operations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, employee and labor relations, engagement, succession planning, compliance, analytics, and change management. Advises hospital presidents and senior leaders while partnering with corporate HR centers of excellence. Leads organizational transformation, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, workforce integration, and culture initiatives across a complex, matrixed healthcare system.

Provide safe, timely transport of patients within the hospital, assist with equipment and oxygen rounds, transfer patients using proper body mechanics, disinfect and inspect transport equipment, notify clinical staff of issues, maintain communication with unit leadership, and assist in training transport associates.
