Support and improve photolithography and etch processes in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. Monitor process performance using SPC and Cp/Cpk, run DOEs, perform root cause analysis and CAPA, support process validation and transfers, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), maintain process docs and KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve yield, throughput, and cost.

Develop scalable planning analytics and automation for a global supply chain: build data pipelines and models (demand forecasting, inventory optimization, capacity/backlog modeling), support SIOP scenario planning, operationalize analytics with IT, establish data governance and standards, and train/mentor analysts to embed analytics into decision-making.

Lead definition, optimization, and sustainment of end-to-end probe card manufacturing process flows.
