Provide administrative support to Financial Planners by maintaining CRM (Xplan), preparing meeting packs, scheduling reviews, ensuring client files are audit-ready, and managing post-meeting actions within SLAs. Maintain accurate client data, chase outstanding cases, and use cloud-based systems and AI tools to improve efficiency while delivering excellent client service.

Provide first-line client and partner support via phone and email, manage shared mailboxes and caseloads, assist with online systems and portal navigation, prioritize and resolve queries and escalations, build product knowledge, and contribute to process improvements to ensure accurate, timely service delivery.
