Coordinates planning, organization, execution, and closeout of educational conferences and CJRC education projects. Serves as liaison between HSS Education Department and CJRC, supports committees, manages media library and digital presence, assists fellows with education tasks, ensures communication, and is onsite for all conference activities to troubleshoot and maintain timelines.

Support administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement, leave). Perform data entry, audits, reconciliations, employee inquiries, basic reporting/analysis, open enrollment support, vendor coordination, benefits communications, compliance documentation, and engagement campaigns.

Serve as the primary financial partner to assigned principal investigators, managing the full lifecycle of sponsored awards. Provide forecasting, multiyear projections, compliance support, reporting, effort certification assistance, and closeout coordination. Analyze P&L, monitor spending risks, and deliver actionable financial guidance to investigators and leadership.

Manage HSS leave administration and reasonable accommodation processes, oversee third-party leave administrator, audit workflows and metrics, advise employees and managers, ensure compliant time/pay processing, maintain leave-related systems integrations, draft communications, and supervise a Leave Coordinator.
