Coordinates media relations and external communications for the University of Tampa. Manages daily library access services, including circulation, course reserves, interlibrary loan, fines, stacks, patron support, and library systems. Supervises full-time, part-time, and student employees; handles hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations, and service standards. Oversees budgets, policies, department projects, usage reporting, website content, and collaboration across library divisions. The role typically works varied hours and may respond to occasional after-hours needs.

Provides clerical and administrative support for a university nursing department, including database maintenance, budget reconciliation, purchasing, records management, meeting minutes, inventory, reports, events, orientations, testing protocols, tours, ceremonies, and room or catering requests. The role also supervises student workers and graduate assistants and assists with faculty contracts.
