Owner of full accounting cycle for the Swedish legal entity and subsidiaries, handling AP/AR, reconciliations, reporting, year-end statutory filings, tax compliance and audits. Support budgeting, grant/donor reporting, NetSuite improvements, financial controls, and provide business partnering and training to non-finance colleagues across Europe.

Support finance and administration team with daily office operations, procurement, travel coordination, asset management, filing/scanning financial documents, donor reporting assistance, and maintaining personnel and filing systems to ensure NGO compliance.
