Oversee daily operations of an alternative high school program, ensuring compliance, safety, and effective instruction. Provide leadership, supervise and evaluate staff and clinical team, recruit and train personnel, manage budgets and community partnerships, support student learning and social-emotional needs, lead professional development, handle discipline and crises, and drive enrollment through external relationship management.
