Produce visual design, layouts, templates, signage, presentations, reports, and campaign assets for City communications. Ensure accessible, consistent, brand-aligned materials; support Public Information Officer, Media and Communications Coordinators, and Main Street promotions. Prepare files for print/vendors and maintain design asset libraries.

Directs a city’s IT department and technology services, including strategic planning, cybersecurity, architecture, budgets, purchasing, vendor management, policies, systems administration, and top-tier technical support. Advises city leadership and departments on technology needs, oversees secure and reliable IT operations, and manages department personnel, contractors, and service providers.
