Lead the security operations function and Cyber Security Engineering team. Oversee security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, security playbooks, metrics, and third-party SOC/MDR providers. Partner with infrastructure, IT operations, and assurance teams to improve security maturity, manage risk, and strengthen organisational resilience using Microsoft security technologies.
