Provides creative direction and design oversight for publishing projects, including publications, packaging, branding, promotions, and advertisements. Develops brand guidelines, reviews internal and external design work, mentors and supervises designers, oversees project delivery, and coordinates with creative, production, scheduling, and cross-functional partners. Leads complex projects, supports department leadership, maintains quality standards, and contributes to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
