Directs sales and operations across assigned building-center branches, focusing on market growth, profitability, return on assets, budgeting, talent development, operational performance, and branch culture. Regularly visits locations, evaluates management reports, addresses performance issues, coordinates staff programs, and supports leadership development and recruiting.

Manages assigned sales accounts, prospects new customers, presents tailored building material solutions, observes construction sites, prepares estimates and quotes, negotiates transactions, and closes sales. Maintains customer relationships, increases account share, coordinates orders with internal teams, supports credit requirements, and resolves customer service issues. Requires building materials sales experience, blueprint-reading knowledge, Microsoft Office and point-of-sale proficiency, a valid driver's license, and customer job-site visits.

Serve existing account customers and walk-in homeowners through end-to-end building-material sales. Identify leads, assess project needs, prepare estimates and quotes, negotiate deals, process orders, and support closing. Maintain customer relationships, increase account wallet share, maximize gross margins, resolve credits and returns, coordinate order execution with store and yard teams, and assist with credit requirements.

Serve existing account customers and walk-in homeowners with building-material sales. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead development, consultations, estimates, quotes, negotiations, purchase orders, invoicing, and closing. Maintain customer relationships, grow wallet share, maximize gross margins, resolve service issues, coordinate order fulfillment with internal teams, handle special orders, and support credit requirements.

Provide end-to-end sales service to existing account customers and walk-in project customers. Prepare estimates, quotes, purchase orders and invoices; consult on design/specs/materials; manage special orders; coordinate with yard, store, and office staff; assist with credit and customer service issues while maximizing gross margin and growing customer relationships.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will manage assigned accounts, develop new customer relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure customer needs are met while following the sales process.
