Manage onboarding for new member companies during the first 100 days: develop project plans, coordinate suppliers, deliver trainings and presentations (on-site or webinar), track implementation progress, identify expansion opportunities, maintain accurate records, and travel to member sites as required.

Serve as the CTO’s strategic partner to align engineering, data, AI, product, and business teams. Own technology portfolio governance, annual budgeting, resource planning, operating cadence, and executive communications. Drive AI and automation transformation, translate technical work to business outcomes, resolve cross-team conflicts, and lead direct reports to improve delivery, accountability, and measurable business impact.
