Develop and optimize marketing strategies and creative assets to drive member acquisition, adoption, engagement, and retention. Monitor market trends, recommend product positioning and pricing, review product competitiveness, define high-value consumer segments, partner with cross-functional teams, and report on KPIs for acquisition, engagement, retention, and product performance.

Perform account reconciliations, maintain general ledger accuracy, process accounting transactions, support month-end/year-end close, audits, regulatory reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis while ensuring GAAP compliance and collaborating across departments to resolve accounting issues.

Review and underwrite consumer and home equity loan applications by analyzing credit history, income, debt, collateral, and documentation. Make lending decisions within authority, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, communicate decisions to stakeholders, collaborate across teams, and identify process improvements while supporting training and quality reviews.
