Guide volunteers and parents through enrollment and onboarding, facilitate pre-match and child-safety trainings, maintain enrollment and training records, develop training materials, and collaborate with program teams to ensure participant readiness and consistent program delivery.

Manage school- and community-based program operations across multiple counties, supervise Match Support Specialists, ensure program quality and compliance with grant and partnership expectations, support enrollment and matches, perform site observations, develop interventions, partner with HR on hiring/training, and serve as liaison between frontline staff and leadership.
