Develop and secure Kubernetes-based environments supporting mission-critical services for NORAD. Responsibilities include enabling CI/CD delivery, automating containerization, deploying and scaling applications, securing clusters, improving developer workflows, integrating full-stack applications, and implementing DevSecOps practices. The role requires U.S. citizenship, a Secret clearance, IAT Level II certification, and at least three years of related experience.

The OSINT Analyst conducts all-source analytic production using public and private information sources to identify trends and insights for defense intelligence requirements.

Provide Tier 1-3 cloud infrastructure support for NGIC: monitor environments, provision tenant VPCs, configure roles and access, perform maintenance, automate DevSecOps tasks, and escalate issues.

Maintain and administer Oracle databases in a heterogeneous environment: install/upgrade Oracle DBMS, script monitoring (Perl/UNIX), ensure backup/recovery integrity, configure storage, perform tuning, enforce STIG security, and advise on database architecture and operations.

Design, implement, and modernize ICAM components (PEP/PIP/EMS/RPMS) and migrate legacy PDP to JBlocks. Develop microservices for identity, attributes, authorization, and policy distribution; support CI/CD, containerized deployments, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation. Mentor junior engineers and participate in Agile planning and integration across security domains.

Architect and lead ICAM modernization across enterprise identity, authorization, and policy services. Define end-to-end identity/attribute patterns, design PEP/PIP/EMS/RPMS integrations, validate modernization roadmaps, translate mission needs into architecture artifacts, advise DevOps and software teams on scalable, secure implementations, and perform architectural reviews, risk assessments, and compliance verification.
