The role involves leading business development for multi-site C-Stores and QSRs, focusing on strategic account development, proposal structuring, and recurring revenue growth.

Maintain the master schedule and dispatch technicians, coordinate travel/lodging, track schedule changes, perform administrative support for PMs (data entry, Procore, mHelpDesk), maintain resource boards and labor forecasts, liaise between PMs/Field/Procurement/Accounting, participate in ops meetings, and escalate issues affecting schedule, budget, or customer satisfaction.

The Business Development Representative will build and manage a pipeline of multi-site convenience store and quick-service restaurant accounts in the Northeast, focusing on installation rollouts, preventive maintenance agreements, and recurring revenue. This role requires strategic account development, market intelligence, and internal alignment with Operations and Finance.

The Staff Accountant will manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely processing of vendor invoices and customer billing.

Manage end-to-end execution of field and construction projects (F&B installs, remodels). Own client relationships, scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, permitting, staffing, and project closeout while protecting margin and ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
