Lead day-to-day accounting and financial operations, prepare financial statements and budget variance reports, manage multi-state payroll, supervise A/P and A/R, ensure CFR and audit compliance, mentor finance staff, support CFO and Board reporting, and oversee restricted grants and government contract tracking.

The Project Manager supervises staff in the Connected Community Schools initiative, oversees programming and initiatives, and collaborates with community partners. Responsibilities include staff training, data tracking, and facilitating outreach activities to ensure program deliverables are met.

Provide leadership and oversight of the SEALs Project in the Rome City School District: supervise SEALs Coordinators, deliver and create trainings, coach staff, perform student observations and MTSS case reviews, manage referrals and data/reporting, participate in quality management, and maintain SEALs Coordinator duties while liaising with school and community partners.
