Define, deploy, and maintain integrated supply chain models, processes, data, and tools for industrial operations. Develop production bill-of-material scenarios, align definition and production BOMs, supervise implementation in PLM and SAP, and ensure SAP data quality, particularly material requirements planning calculations. Analyze detailed production costs for Ariane 6 liquid propulsion systems and rocket engines. Review manufacturing and design bills of materials, mechanical architectures, incidents, nonconformities, process changes, work-order rework, and industrial organization changes. Investigate cost variations, document findings, propose improvements, and present recurring cost analyses to production, assembly, testing, program, and work-package stakeholders. Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, testing, and technical product teams.

Designs technical architectures for launcher test facilities and new-business projects. Analyzes customer needs, defines system solutions, manages interfaces and requirements traceability, prepares specifications, supports configuration management, and incorporates site safety and operational-security constraints. Coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams, customers, experts, and suppliers while facilitating design reviews and continuous improvement. The role is based at ArianeGroup’s Vernon site and involves occasional travel in France.

Serve as a senior technical reference for industrial methods at ArianeGroup’s Vernon propulsion site. Lead cross-functional action and improvement plans, define and standardize production processes, secure Methods deliverables, assess product and supplier changes, anticipate obsolescence risks, maintain operating instructions, and resolve complex technical issues. Support transformation and continuous improvement using process modeling, simulation, Lean, Six Sigma, quality standards, and PLM environments.

Develops and maintains bills of materials, manufacturing routings, and assembly instructions for liquid-propulsion space engines. Defines tooling specifications, supports workshop production, resolves nonconformities, prepares product compliance documentation, addresses production schedule delays, contributes to industrial studies and workstation layouts, and participates in workstation risk analyses. The role requires collaboration with technical and operational teams at ArianeGroup’s Vernon site.

Define technical strategy, manage program deliveries and reviews, develop advanced technologies, improve design-to-cost and manufacturability, oversee workload planning and performance management, and develop team capabilities. The role requires expertise in storable and cryogenic propellants, fluid dynamics, thermo-mechanics, systems engineering, leadership, and regular international travel.
