Drive large-group sales for a full-service hotel by prospecting and nurturing clients, developing proposals and contracts, representing the hotel at events, maintaining CRM and sales plans, collaborating with operations and revenue teams, and participating in industry organizations to grow business.

Lead and coach the sales and events team to drive group and transient revenue, manage property marketing across channels, collaborate on pricing strategy, oversee sales budgeting and forecasting, and serve as the primary liaison with Enterprise Sales and the community.

Oversee hotel financial operations including internal controls, audits, A/R and A/P management, cash and revenue monitoring, tax accruals, and provide financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and labor reviews.

Lead and coordinate hotel engineering, facilities, and maintenance capital projects across the portfolio. Plan, schedule, and oversee technical work to ensure code compliance, manage budgets and invoicing, monitor project progress and quality, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and property engineering teams on renovations, equipment upgrades, and building systems.

Proactively generate and close group and event business through outreach, networking, and site visits. Negotiate contracts, coordinate event logistics (space, timing, equipment, menus, billing), manage client relationships, track monthly revenue goals, and maintain accurate records in booking systems like Delphi or CI/TY.
