Lead fundraising and donor relations to support students and campus priorities. Manage a portfolio of 75–150 donors, cultivate prospects, solicit major gifts and sponsorships, draft and track gift agreements, oversee scholarship and fund accounting, coordinate donor engagement and stewardship, and prepare donor-focused proposals.

Provide on-campus technical support to faculty, staff, and students: install and maintain lab computers, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, manage inventory, assist classroom resources and student IT clubs, support IT projects and competitions, peer tutor, and handle phones/visitors professionally.

Support prospective and current CTE students through admissions, registration, financial aid, orientation, assessment, and business support. Handle escalated calls and SmartView tickets, assist with online platforms, advise on financial aid and billing issues, make referrals to campus resources, and ensure FERPA-compliant handling of student information.

Provide administrative support to the Vice Chancellor of Development and Development/Sponsored Programs teams. Manage gift processing, donor stewardship, gift acknowledgments, accounts payable, donor database updates, event coordination, scheduling, and communications. Use Salesforce, Workday, and office software to support fundraising, scholarship administration, and donor engagement.

Support the creative services team by managing social media accounts, posting content, brainstorming campaigns, fulfilling requests, tracking deployments in a social calendar, organizing analytics, and aligning work with Ivy Tech's brand and student experience goals.

Lead and manage dual credit processes for Indianapolis-area high school partners. Oversee instructor credentialing and training, track student applications/registrations/grades, ensure NACEP compliance, advise high school students on academic pathways, produce reports, and collaborate with college and K-14 teams to support credential attainment and program implementation.
