Support the Risk Management team by administering insurance programs (CCIP, SDI, Builder's Risk), processing claims, managing subcontractor onboarding and COI compliance, generating reports/invoices, maintaining CMiC/SmartBid records, and coordinating with project teams and clients.

Lead and grow the Mechanical Analysis & Commissioning team, oversee commissioning and energy modeling services, manage client relationships and business development, mentor staff, coordinate third-party commissioning and construction teams, and provide technical MEP guidance to ensure successful project delivery.

The Pursuits Manager leads proposal efforts, shapes pursuit strategies with business leaders, manages marketing collateral, and develops the marketing team while supporting organizational marketing needs.
