Lead the Core product team to define and prioritize technical roadmaps for connectivity, power management, fence logic and GNSS accuracy. Drive product discovery, manage firmware lifecycles, translate technical trade-offs to customer impact, foster Tech Trio leadership, and collaborate across engineering, UX, data and market teams to ensure reliable fleet-wide solutions and clear documentation.

Lead rapid implementation of a new ERP and e-commerce platform, own business technology roadmap, drive integrations, data governance, security, vendor management, and day-to-day end-user IT while partnering with product and infrastructure teams to enable scalable, secure operations.
